Welcome friend
I’m so happy you’re here. Becoming a mother totally shook my life to the core. It was like I was put in a really crappy blender and the result was inconsistent, chunky and icy. Every MOMent, I felt like I was being dragged around by life – overwhelmed, scattered and so exhausted. I got through that phase (thankfully!) but then felt stuck in a rut where everything was ‘BLAH’. Can you relate?
If the answer is yes, I totally get it. It doesn’t have to be this way. I’ve been deep into the abyss but now have come out thriving. I’m here to share the systems I’ve created to:
- Find clarity and calm among the chaos
- Manage time effectively and efficiently to create space for self care (the best care) without worry or guilt
- Create home environments that give me and my family peace and tranquility
- Make meal planning easy, fast and healthy – even for picky eaters
- Optimize all things money (budget, finances, investments) for freedom and flexibility
It’s taken a lot of courage to finally launch this blog (April 2021). But I’m so excited to share my MOMents with you – from the big ‘ah-ha’s’ (i.e mastering the perfection game) to the small day to day wins (i.e 4 ingredient chewy mint chip cookies).
